Defending Israel on Campus

A talk by Hugh Taylor, publisher of Your Professors Are Lying to You About Israel

This is an emergency for the Jewish people: Today’s college-educated youth represent tomorrow’s leadership in all areas of American society, from government to business, law, medicine, the sciences, academia, and so forth. As anti-Israel views predominate, American support for Israel will come into jeopardy.

What can we do to defend Israel on campus? Can we take action to protect our kids from vile hatred and intimidation as they seek to get educated?

Yes. In this talk, Hugh Taylor will outline a practical, viable counter-propaganda program that can strengthen Jewish college students and enable them to advocate for themselves based on an under-acknowledged aspect of this crisis: The faculty is lying to everyone about Israel, and it’s past time that these liars be called out for their dishonesty.

In this talk, Taylor will discuss:

  • The 5 biggest lies professors tell students about Israel and how to debunk them
  • The “Red-Green” coalition that connects socialists and Islamists in a nexus of anti-Jewish hatred on campus
  • The risks of not taking action now
  • What you can do to support students and combat antisemitism on campus today

About the Speaker: Hugh Taylor is an author and essayist who lives in Cleveland, Ohio. An observant Jew who graduated from Harvard College and Harvard Business School, Hugh has long been a keen observer of anti-Jewish events on college campuses. He writes a blog about the American side of the Arab-Israel conflict for The Times of Israel.
